A HOUSE OF SPIRITUALITY IN THE MIDDLE OF NATURE

Located at Aveiro district in Gafanha da Nazaré, the Jose Engling House is surrounded by nature and is very close to Costa Nova beaches. The natural surroundings and the proximity to the Schoenstatt Shrine invite its visitors to enjoy a unique time of recollection, rest, and encounter with God and nature.

The house welcomes all kind of guests, including youth groups and families.

The Joseph Engling Spirituality Centre is at the service of the Schoenstatt Apostolic Movement, founded in Germany, as well as to other religious communities or movements of the Church, who seek a place to pray, work or rest.

The Schoenstatt Movement is present in Portugal, mainly around the four Schoenstatt Shrines located in Lisbon, Porto, Braga, and Aveiro.
